Rebuild Better Together exists to help persons in the greater Pittsburgh and Baltimore metropolitan areas with spinal cord injuries (SCI) who have lost their spousal or family support by improving their quality of life.

Rebuild Better Together exists in our communities as a critical resource for every person recovering from SCI without family support to live fulfilling, significant lives.
